bro they made a super strat in the same line up, its called the showmaster, I owned one before but it had freezing damage the coating was cracked everwhere, amazing guitar set neck was amazing.

if you don't have a good hamburger guitar this one is the ticket, if you alrsady have a hamburger type guitar no need to buy another

If you really like the body shape go for it. To me a tele has a unique sound which to me is kind of the whole point. That guitar will be similar to many guitars out there.
