Growth and awareness were never meant to burden us, once we get to that level of self awareness we should see it as a weapon, you get to live life experienced, wiser and instead of analyzing everything that happens and feel overwhelmed by it, we should use our awareness as a gateway from the situations we experience and realize that it’s just life and we got lucky to be aware of what we feel and experience not to be overwhelmed by everything.
