I would LOVE to be a working mum but in Dubai in my industry it’s 5 days a week 12 hour days and I just don’t see how it would work with my toddler. In the UK the remote/flexible options were soooo much better x

I believe whatever way you go unfortunately you cant give 100% both ways. Im all for woman succeeding and being the bread winners but personally id rather grown my children and put 100% in to them instead of trying to spilt myself 50/50❤️

I do agree however I think it works both ways. I see so many people losing themselves to these corporate jobs too and missing out on their kids. I think it’s hard to get the balance

It’s so sad that whichever way a woman chooses to live, theres always some kind of pressure on what is best to do. I’m so glad you said it’s based on different circumstances etc as it is such an important factor on why women choose to either stay at home or return to work/focus on business! I really do think women should be empowered to make the right choices for them and that it’s not bad either way if that’s what works for them! ❤️❤️❤️

Couldn’t agree with this more. We need to stop shaming mothers who have careers and big life goals outside of being a mother!! We also need to empower women that they can actually do both, motherhood and have a career, without feeling like ‘you’re asking for too much’
