Listen. . If they open up, show some empathy. They have lives off the field. . Make a small offer by asking how you can help them get through the next block. . Acknowledge small wins. Make sure it’s genuine. . Ask for one specific thing they can do to feel like they are contributing. . The goal in these interactions isnt to accuse them or make them feel bad—it’s to give them space to be heard. . Don’t try and force them to give more energy.
