@tylerrcarlson: Overdirection can be really confusing. I've had numerous people tell me they don't get it when someone says to "overdirect back to the previous" So here's what it means: Overdirection means to move the hair from where it natural grows to a different point on the head. Typically overdirection is done side to side to control the horizontal shape that you are building If I'm saying to overdirect section 2 back to the previous, that means you would comb section 2 back towards section 1 and cut it there vs cutting it right where section 2 natural grows If this video helped you, share it with another barber and make sure you're following me for more men's hair education! #barbereducation #haireducation #scissorcutting #ocbarber #orangecountybarber
