@theunkowndeity: There are nine ways to ride in Tracy's car, and one of them costs 300 dollars. The laminated sheet hanging in her back seat reads like a diner menu for human interaction. The Awkward Ride, where you ignore the list and sit in silence. The Funny Ride, where she tells you embarrassing stories from her life. The Silent Ride, which has no description because none is needed. The Creepy Ride, where she says nothing and keeps staring at you in the rearview mirror. The Karaoke Ride, the Small Talk Ride, the Therapy Ride. The Cliché Ride, where you ask how long she has been driving for Uber. And the Costly Ride, a 300 dollar violation for puking in the car, punctuated with five exclamation points, which tells you Tracy has lived through it. What makes this such a relatable moment is that every rideshare passenger has quietly wanted this. The first thirty seconds of any Uber are a negotiation nobody agreed to: is this a talker, do I take my headphones out, how do I sav I would rather not without seemina rude. Tracy solved it with a printer and a hole punch. Pick a number and the social contract is settled. She is also part of a small, wonderful tradition. In April 2021 a Lyft driver named Cameron went viral with a nearly identical menu that included a Bubbles Ride. In 2024 a driver named Guy added a Deep Question Ride and a French Ride. Each version takes off because the idea is so obviously good, and commenters keep making the same point: for people with social anxiety or limited energy, being handed a menu instead of a mood to decode is a real accommodation, not just a joke. That is visual storytelling from the driver's seat: one sheet of paper, nine options, and a must-see reminder that the smallest gestures of clarity can make a stranger's day easier. Save this for your next airport ride, and share it with the friend who always picks the Silent Ride and always ends up in Therapy. #fyp #funny #viral
