Anyone who thinks she didn’t need this doesn’t pay attention to pick rates, and haven’t played conduit as a true main. She was in her worst state prior to this buff. Specially her tactical, which most of the time, would not fully recharge blue level shields or higher. Because her dual tac charge also came with the regen nerf. Her ultimate was bad. Her pick rates were dropping. Most of her passive is shared with skirmisher class legends. 🤷♀️

older conduit ult was best. when looking at the ground it would shoot in a V shape with the bottom of the v being the stating point. when looking straight up they would launch over an open area randomly
