I have been taking 2 hair and nail vitamins for 20 something years and 2 fish oil pills and I can tell you it will help you from losing hair unless its medical. Im 63 and I lave along hair down to my lower back . I color it with dye from a Sally's not cheap box hair dye. and those spots that you get when you wear yur hair back all the time I always have new hair growing. Start vitamins and stick with them.

Switched to baby shampoo. If your current shampoo creates a lot of bubbles, you need to dump it. Dump it quickly. Yes it’s easier to wash your hair at what cost? Is it worth it you are losing hair!

shampooing too often. switch to apple cider vinegar with cloves and rosemary and only every two weeks after 6 months your hair will be great
