She wasn’t hired, she’s part owner! She looks great and you are correct. Demographics is marketing 101

You are correct. Women seem to look for any reason to blame other women for making them a victim. Then go yell “girl power”. Some women seem to move the goalpost even on themselves. Not all of course but you know the kind I mean.

You are correct. Ironically… the TikTok I watched right before I saw yours was where a woman was noting the negative reaction from women to the Sydney Sweeney ad is worse than their reaction to the woman who murdered her three children… just an interesting two minutes on TikTok.

The name is Novig, as in "No Vig". "Vig" being a slang/industry term for high interest on unpaid betting debts/loand

I think the broblem is that she’s said before that she doesn’t like it when she gets sexualized….

I saw a girl say everyones mad at Sidney Sweeney but encourage woman to make money on only fans etc. and how its such a double standard and i honeslty thought that was such a great point. shes getting that money and I guarantee most women if given the opportunity would do the same 🤷♀️

She is making money by being hot. And honestly more power to her. The ones mad have no reason. The girl can’t wear jeans can’t go naked.. what do you guys want haha. Get your bag girl

I definitely had the same train of thought… I didn’t take it as though she was representing “women in sports”, but directed to catch the attention of the betting audience (men). But… I just stay out of it 😅🫣

I agree! People just want to stay mad about something nowadays. Let the girl be hot, and let’s leave it at that, you know?

This was my exact thought and I’m a woman in sports. People just need to stop taking things so literal and personal. It was just a good marketing strategy

Yes, of course that’s why they did it. It doesn’t negate the fact that it sexualizes women in sports after women athletes have been trying to be taken seriously

A woman’s body… even when naked… is poweful. A strong woman is unchanged by the actions of others. I am the only one who can bring ME down.

I think both takes can be true at the same time. Definitely for men but is still unnecessarily degrading for women in sports

I agree but I think the issue is still that we’re using womens bodies to sell something which is a step in the wrong direction imo.. I’m not sure how its offensive to women in sports specifically.. but I guess she said its like when female athletes pose nude for espn mag and its def not. So maybe its that?
