You are correct. Ironically… the TikTok I watched right before I saw yours was where a woman was noting the negative reaction from women to the Sydney Sweeney ad is worse than their reaction to the woman who murdered her three children… just an interesting two minutes on TikTok.

I saw a girl say everyones mad at Sidney Sweeney but encourage woman to make money on only fans etc. and how its such a double standard and i honeslty thought that was such a great point. shes getting that money and I guarantee most women if given the opportunity would do the same 🤷♀️

I agree but I think the issue is still that we’re using womens bodies to sell something which is a step in the wrong direction imo.. I’m not sure how its offensive to women in sports specifically.. but I guess she said its like when female athletes pose nude for espn mag and its def not. So maybe its that?
