This is what cops do. They think they are above the law and they are the criminals. Do not trust the police record them and sue them whenever you can. They are all corrupt.

Bro wrote him a ticket after he hit him 🤦‍♀️at least write a warning if anything lol. However, while typically true passengers don’t have to ID - for an accident report, they probably do. But they should give that to the officer that shows up later investigating the crash, not the first guy.
