Walk around first and see where the locals are eating 👀 If there’s a long queue, food is being cooked fresh, and you see lots of Thai people ordering — that’s usually a pretty good sign. Also, don’t be scared of the tiny stalls. Some of the best food we’ve tried came from places that looked super simple.
