All abrahamic religions use the moon to calculate dates. Jews follow a lunisolar calendar, Christian’s use a lunar calendar for Easter and lent, and Muslims use the lunar calendar for Ramadan and the other months. This is consistency in God’s revelations that were sent to Moses, Jesus, and Muhammad. Had the Quran used a solar calendar, you’d be here pointing it out that it doesn’t align with the other abrahamic religions and calling it an inconsistency. Your argument about paradise and hell doesn’t make any sense, paradise is supposed to be full of blessing, peace, and life, while hell is supposed to be a punishment for those who did bad deeds. Adam, Abraham, Solomon, Isaac, and the other prophets are all abrahamic prophets in all abrahamic religions, not mythology. Dhul qarnayn is not Alexander the Great, that’s a common misinterpretation of the Quran, so that isn’t mythology either, and the fact you think that shows how superficial your research in Islam is. What you call “blood” is the death sentence for who kills someone unlawfully. The Quran is clear that whoever kills someone unlawfully, whether a Muslim or not, is as if he killed all of mankind, and whoever saves a life, as if he saved all of mankind. It makes sense that the punishment for murder is that strong. I don’t get your argument with inheritance either, even modern governments have inheritance laws today, it’s part of having a civilized and organized society. I’d assume you support manumission too. Slavery was very common so God encouraged manumission until eventually slavery wasn’t practiced anymore. Polygamy was also very common in Arabia and the norm, God limited it to 4 wives, which isn’t a must, and is not commonly practiced in the Muslim world. There are requirements any man needs to follow if they want to have more than one wife, some requirements that even God said men will never be able to fulfill fully. The woman also has the right to leave her husband if he chooses to have more than one wife. The Quran came for all of humanity, you’re just picking verses on rulings that God revealed to the Arabs around the prophet when they were asking for rulings about their day to day life situations
