@alissanguyen_: Vietnamese Yogurt (Da Ua) Creamy, tangy, lightly sweet... the easiest homemade yogurt you’ll ever make. INGREDIENTS 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz) 14 oz hot water 2 cups whole milk 5.3 oz plain vanilla Greek yogurt (I used FAGE... any brand works as long as it has live cultures) INSTRUCTIONS Empty the condensed milk into a mixing bowl. Fill the empty can with hot water (14 oz) and pour it in. Mix until fully combined. Add 2 cups whole milk and 5.3 oz Greek yogurt. Stir gently (note: if you see foam, scoop it out) Pour the mixture into glass jars. Place the jars into a large container and fill the container with hot water (about halfway up the jars). Cover with cling wrap, a kitchen towel, and something heavy on top. Place in a warm spot (like your oven, turned OFF) for 6–8 hours. Refrigerate before eating... it thickens and gets even creamier.
