I started making my sons go to the gym with their dad when they cut up. Or I make them run laps at the park. One time I even put my son in a wall sit and in push up position. The burn from physical activity hurt longer than a spanking and the Soreness from working out made them think twice when they wanna cut up!

I dont have any other solid advice except read parenting books or even chatgpt. anything is better then yelling at them it affects their mental health #nojudgementsfromme
