undiagnosed but i feel like for my entire, i never knew what to say or how to act, so i ended overanalyzing everything ppl said (and i mean EVERYTHING), then I'd mimic them hoping i sound "normal". Whenever i rewatch videos of myself as a kid i always sound like I'm larping(?) how to speak. i still feel like this, i still overanalyze and mimic ppl around me trying to fit in.

Always mid talking one on one i can sense they notice something. So i mask more heavily but doesnt help 😭 Wish i could just socialize without thinking twice and not feeling like an alien
