I followed this method but the crack came back a few yrs later. I'm in Oregon & my house was built in 1948. You make the process look so easy. I guess I'm gonna have redo it?

Any tips for walls that look like this? I want to get rid of the wood chip wallpaper and get a smooth one but I’m afraid the bumps underneath are too much of an obstacle

if you have to sand it then its not a good finish, pay a plasterer
