@drharrisonlee: Our lovely patient is only 4 months postop from a major Septorhinoplasty. She not only had difficulty breathing because of the deviated septum but this also contributed to the rightward deviation of the nasal bridge. Now the breathing has been corrected as well as the appearance of the nose.
