Been in this neighborhood 50 years no problems it’s either the friends you keep your flashy or your just simply leaving stuff in your car maybe ever a combination but if it’s happened twice in three months it’s the same person and they most likely know who owns that car. I wouldn’t be surprised if they do it again.

Born and raised in Astoria.. still live here. Depends where you’re. More down by LIC by the projects it’s not that great. My son’s friend got pressed by dudes from Astoria projects trying to steal his stuff. By Steinway it’s a shit show with all the hookah lounges. Constant fights, screaming, shootings last couple years. Upper ditmars it’s much better .. still a lot of families in that area going up by LGA
