Keep driving, check out how fancy Carmel Indiana is, then find Brown County State Park, and then IU. Fun fact: Indianapolis has the most monuments and memorials dedicated to veterans and war (outside of Washington DC.)

I work for Purdue! They have their own butcher shop on campus and students learn how to cut meat. Go there and I bet they would let you learn! Called Butcher Block I might be able to set something up let me know
