Well, since we are not sure of the weight let's let's focus on the money first, so the guy that asked the three said there is one mill in that briefcase, but had the three met that guy yet, if yes then OK, but if not we can't trust him, so it concludes to a lot of conclusions, my first conclusion is there is no money at all and would not weigh anything at all but if there is money in it we'll, to make 1bilion dollars using only 100dolar bills, you need 10,000 individual bills 10,000 times gram =10,000 grams which equal to 10kg or roughly 22pounds but if it's each like a dollar it would weigh 2,200 pounds and it would not fit a briefcase...
