what should i do if this is going on while we have a set time to come back and talk everything out? our break up is in fact a break up, but it came from my avoidant being overwhelmed and stressed with personal life combined with our relationship but we still love each other and want to talk things out in a few months after things settle. how should i treat our (minimal) communication?

I dont want him back and blocked him everywere. He just wanted attention and s..s. No meeting friends, no connecting on social media. Only last minute meetings. No talks about emotions or the relation. So I am done.
