Watched one of the "bigger creators" video this morning and my anxiety went thru the roof. When I was finally able to self-regulate my nervous system all I felt was pissed. Yes, we know they may try this but no one knows the future and that person saying it doesn't make it so. No one knows the response of the American people, the veterans of this country, the military, and, yes the court system. Be prepared and make a plan!

In federal court you can request an expedited hearing. And in state courts as well.

When it comes to people referring to the courts being slow, yes everything you said. They can move blisteringly fast if they want to. To add, the other court cases which feel like they take forever (but this is also how the system works) also have the added steps that some lower court judges are doing all they can to cross Ts and dot Is so the Supreme Court can’t easily toss injunctions out on procedural grounds

It almost seems like the reason so many are ramping the fear mongering up right now, has a LOT to do with pocketbooks, any sort of even an attempt at obstructionism or change might make certain fearmonger-y creators revenue streams dip hard.

All of this. The doomer creators are causing a lot of worry that's borrowed for something that can, has, and will be resolved - and - which is not a thing we have control over now or then even if it happens. No need in borrowing that anxiety from down the road. We have plenty here already.

The SCt just did that in the emergency appeal to stop his mail-in voting rules for the Postal Service. They made the right decision and did it fast.
