You need to understand they have limited patients per doctor not like our doctors annay waa check kri jao also on weekends they prefer emergency cases . Like road accidents , violence etc etc and the test those people first and then the others as per nurses told them if you not too urgent tell me a good reason they check you on priority

Real problem is because its free people go hospital for minor very minor things that puts the pressure on system i have seen people in A and E for cold cough even fever
