the ones in tulare my great aunt sued them because they cut her some how so bad right under her bottom lip and caused her to have a hole there she got settlement money had to have multiple lil surgeries to fix it....

I only had a cleaning there once, wasn't bad, but I wouldn't go to them for thorough dental work lol

When I had braces I started getting a little tiny hole on my front tooth and I told them I think it’s a cavity forming and they just looked at it and said it was probably glue I’m like come on that isn’t even glue! The year I got them tooken off they did exrays for the before and after I was telling my self they better see that cavity nope nothing! So now I have a cavity smh 🤦🏻♀️I went to the dinuba one though. Now I have to look for a different dentist now cus they didn’t even bother to even take a better look at it

Dental assistant here you can go to an out of network office, they can charge your insurance but you will still have a copay.

they drilled my son's teeth (who is special needs btw) and told me I needed to come back in a few weeks to do the rest. I was so mad and told them I was never taking my kids back. it took a bit to get him an appointment into hapy bear and by then 4 teeth had to get silver caps. Luckily those were just good baby teeth. I now take my kids to smileland on mooney, they're great.

honestly I told them I had tooth pain on a tooth they just refilled and now I think I have a cavity there again and it might need a root canal. The dentist that works there makes you feel stupid for asking questions regarding any possible dental issue.

had some plastic shoot to the back of my throat before from one of their instruments. i could’ve started choking if it went any worse. i’ll never go back again. didn’t even get an apology.
