I would love to see that Lucifer was just influenced by Adam and that's why Lucifer rejects his daughter and that he might become the Lucifer of today over the seasons, I don't know why the didn't keep the idea, but I still love the actual Hazbin Hotel

No Lucifer was never scary. He appeared for maybe 10 seconds in the Pilot and people still glaze the shit out of him. Viv confirmed that Lucifer was always intended to be this funny/childish guy and it makes sense. He was an angel and is not a real demon or some shit and that’s why he didn’t know how to act scary/intimidating when in episode six.

I wish we got an evil Lucifer, because we already have so many childish characters. And for the setting being in hell you would think we would've had more evil characters who actually act like it all the time, but we don't. So honestly if it were up to me, I would keep Lucifer like how he was in the pilot, but also keep the nerf, "can't hurt sinners" thing. And you can argue that, Alastor or Val are "pure evil", but Alastor is still kinda goofy, and honestly he tries too hard to look cool to me. So he comes off as corny for me. But tbf Vivziepop's writing for dialogues has never been that great. With Val, I feel like Vivziepop's gonna go into the whole thing with, "Yeah he's bad, but he thinks it's okay." Mostly because we are going to see more of Val in season 3, and Vivziepop just REFUSES to have a pure evil character in HELL.
