because not everyone has the choice to jump jobs whenever they feel like it cuz they have families to feed and a roof to keep above their heads

im like this but it helps that i work at an art gallery, so my job is mostly the same but my surroundings change every 3 months so it doesn’t feel repetitive even though i’m doing the same thing

you might like a family owned blue collar job. my husband has adhd and loves it because every week it's something new or everyday is something new. sometimes your stuck on building something for a few weeks but it will usually be random jobs. it is hard work though but you actually get to see the city and get outside. and every now n then you can be like "I built that" while with friends or family. you don't need any education too! or if they require it lots of places are willing to teach you or pay for your schooling (like unions👀👀👀👀) not all blue collar is all sweaty n gross too there's something for everyone

Because eventually people will stop hiring you if they see you leave every job after a few months. Also, once you're there long enough to make friends & be confident in your work it can be enjoyable

trick might be to get a non repetitive job where something new can happen everyday. like a vet or shelter

decided to pursue a job as an Occupational Therapist - as part of the job posts you can have a rotational post that moves you to a completely different setting every 9 or 12 months! even now that I'm in a static post, because it's people facing you have to deal with so many new health needs, social situations, barriers and issues! there are ways of finding jobs that stay feeling fresh!

depends on the person obviously, but for me, finding a job that keeps me busy and on my feet has been super helpful. my last job was very very slow, i liked some aspects of it, but way too boring. my current job is constant work, we have maybe 3 days of downtime a year. it does get repetitive at times, but staying busy helps me! i love my current job
