Investigators recovered fingerprints, DNA, blood, clothing and other belongings believed to have come directly from the killer. Even stranger, evidence suggested the killer remained inside the home afterward, eating food, using the family’s computer and going through their belongings before eventually leaving. Despite the enormous amount of physical evidence recovered, investigators have never confirmed who he was. More than 25 years later, the case remains unsolved.
