@loongcstaly: In Tibetan Buddhist legend, it is said that a cat may drink the water from the offering table — because within its ear lies a tiny ear that holds the sacred scriptures. The cat is the only being permitted to enter the shrine. Do not chase it away. Do not blame it. The Buddha himself said so. So when you see a cat curled up in a temple, or quietly lapping water meant for the altar, remember: it carries the teachings in a way we cannot see. It walks where we must bow. May we all learn to see the sacred in unexpected places. 🙏 #TibetanBuddhism #CatLegend #SacredCat #TibetanCulture #buddhist
