@jaqs.nelson: If I lost my job tomorrow and needed to get hired FAST, this is exactly what I’d do first 👀 Most people make finding a job way harder by applying to everything and hoping something sticks. If I needed a new role fast, I’d be way more targeted. I’d work backwards from the jobs I actually want, tailor my CV around what those employers are asking for, find the recruiters and hiring managers behind the roles and make sure I’m getting in front of them consistently. Because applying for more jobs doesn’t automatically mean more interviews. Sometimes 20 properly targeted applications can do more for you than 200 random ones.
