I'm hating on Chat GPT, was using Astra/Codex Work. It burned several times my credits, network failure, opened ticket. Ai ticket and support acknowledge it, time frame even matches reported on-going incidents. However do not recover, provide refund or weekly reset. What a fucking joke I've spend 200€. Talk with a live Agent? they just copy paste their message via email over and over again.
