Okay, I get it, but how do I do it without showing that I care about how they feel, etc.? Because at the end of the day, if you’re around people—your husband/wife, kids, etc.—you can’t just act like you don’t care. For example, what if the person has been moody all day, but then you guys are together on the way to the garage? What are you supposed to do in that situation? You ask them what’s wrong, but they’re not talking to you, and you know you’re not the one who upset them. But you’re still with this person, going somewhere together, and I don’t want to just sit there in awkward silence.

I’m not anchored towards other people now but I find when I’m alone I feel I’m searching for the anchor and then spiralling in the aloneness and lack of other. Do you have any videos/resources around this?

Do you possibly offer ANY other way to pay for the portal? I am a chronic insomniac of 8 years. This started when I was 17/18 years old. DEEPLY affected by my emotionally abusive mother. Now I’m married with a 3rd child 8 days postpartum. Getting ready to throw in the towel with my marriage. No contact with my parents. I’ve watched all your videos since the one that blew up and I have EVERY single symptom of the external anchoring you’re talking about. I just want PEACE in my life again. I want to the external anchoring to stop I need it to I am desperate.
