Question! I just did 12yrs in prison. When i had 6yrs left, I got married to a women. First 3yrs were golden. Eventually, she got into a relationship with somekne else. Didn't work out. We got back together. A week later, she asked me to let her go. She tried to work it out with the same person. Didn't work out, we got back togther. 6months before my relaese, I asked her a hypothetical question. Babe, how would you feel about me going on vacation by myself. She broke up with me because she said that it sounded like I wanted to be by myself which wasn't true. She got into another relationship. At first, it was exciting to her. Once she wasnt in the honey moon phase anymore, she told me that she didnt wasn't exciting anymore, that she didnt want to be with him long term, and that she would drop him when I came home. Been home a month now. Shes been reaching out trying to talk to me. What should I do?

I don’t agree with this, that person hasn’t moved past their trauma, once they do, and then get treated right, you get a feeling for what it’s supposed to feel like and it’s calming.

i once did that, to her she felt it like it was those soup operas, she had childhood trauma. eventually that love turned her off, she dicided to cheat on me and left, years later she looked for me and i had already moved on
