nothing better than having a smart watch or a phone that could monitor heart rates and seeing your heartbeat hitting 160bpm and actively thinking you're dying

Had a mate last year who dropped down dead and was found by his daughter. he was 53 tests shown he had powder in his system. I didn’t have a clue he was doing it but does explain a lot when we used to go out. His daughter was so upset and angry she used to go to his grave daily until she found out and she called me to ask if I knew. Sad

What music did you listen to at the time of using and did it have an impact?

Have you had a proper health check up since you stopped using? To reassure you of any long term damage?

in my experience it's often the feeling that you can't get the bare minimum done unless you get on it
being scared doesn't really factor, cause you're just so focused on keeping going

During my long solo sessions, I was terrified that my heart would stop or I’d have a heart attack. At the end of my session days, I’d write letters detailing how much I’d taken and for how long so that the hypothetical first responders would be able to know what had happened. Insane when I think about it 😳
