Having food allergies sucks but I have to agree with you. I have to say with regards to tap water it actually makes me sick so I drink filtered water (I think it is the water in my area it tastes like chemicals and has a heavy taste) and I am in Australia.

i've been really curious about something, i hope that i do not come across as rude because i am truly not intending it. i am a nursing student and i just want to know more. anyway my question, do you think that anxiety plays any role in some of your symptoms? it clearly is not responsible for hives or any other symptoms but as a truly anxious person i know that my anxiety can make me feel terrible physically and i have had to get used to the physical symptoms of anxiety. again i am not trying to be rude i am just curious. 🩷

This is why I ride or die for @Liquid I.V. It’s the only electrolyte that tastes good to me and I don’t react so it helps my POTS and doesn’t trigger my MCAS. I LOVE their sugar free ring pop and sugar free strawberry watermelon flavor.
