aight since you know your stuff i have almost a simular problem i have a i9 13900k with no post always red light on motherboard solid and yhe pc keeps rebooting after a few seconds i have reset the cmos i have changed the cpu as well and still nothing any suggestions

For anyone watching, don't do what he does when removing or adding a CPU. Always lay it down flat. Doing it vertical is a great way to damage the board, the CPU, or other parts if you drop something
