You should go to the doc and get a few mold tests done, and if it’s positive you’ll know you’re breathing it in !!! It’s probably in the vents/ in the drains

Constant congestion is definitely a sign. I would definitely get a mold restoration guy to your house ASAP or hire an inspector to come.

we smelled smth “earthy” and a wall looked funny so we ripped it off and it had mold, this then proceeded to a company coming to rip out every wall (we live in a basement) and there was cracks in every wall of the foundation of the house letting water in and causing a whole bunch of mold 🤩

check areas with alot of moisture, under sinks, behind dish washer/washer, window sills and try your best to find the source!! also look for leaks to be patched, and get moisture absorbers for bathrooms, and kitchen if not your whole apartment!!

Girl check the airfilter in the ac unit and also under the sink….if you can’t find anything your doc can test you for mold

Get a air purifier for your bedroom and kitchen/living space until you figure out where it's coming from. If there is mold spores in the air they can be getting into bed/sofa.

For us, it was in the walls and under the floor and we found out because we just moved in and I had like a terrible headache for so long and then my family started having a headache too

I had the exact same problem and I found it in my bed frame underneath my mattress 😭 it was so awful but once I found it. All of my symptoms went away

Oh no that’s not good I hope your health is ok I was thinking that maybe if you have mold in your apartment could be a reason why you had a headache praying that everything will be okay soon I’m worried about your health and safety with this mold problem

Honestly I stayed with my mom for a week or 2 to see if it got better and I was magically healed. Be careful! Mold exposure gave me pneumonia a lot when I was little!

state health department can do a test even if you cant see it. then doctor's to get tested if you are sick bc of mold. ive been through it

Don’t give up on this!! In the long term, it can really harm your health. Go to the doctor and there are some tests they can run on you to see if that can verify exposure. Also, check under sinks, and ask the building to look behind the fridge maybe? Don’t let them ignore you!
