Instead, a messenger handed him a manila envelope. ⁠ ⁠ Baier, an American financier who lives near Denver, was awarded full custody of his children, Blaine, five, and Nate, three, last October after an enervating legal battle with his ex-wife, Nishika Samaratunga, in Colorado. Why should a woman carry babies for 9/10 months, go through childbirth and then have her divine right to be their mother given solely to the father who did almost nothing? It is the father taking revenge. It doesn't say she is a danger to the children. The courts are unfair and rule in favor of the one with more money. Family courts are corrupt.
