Last year I had been going through some pretty challenging moments in life. Extreme lack of joy (anhedonia), some major mold, mycotoxin and autoimmune flares, work transitions, family emergencies… my mindset felt dull + a bit numb. As a little girl, dogs have always brought me so much joy! Yes - they are hard work - but the socially anxious person I am at times, they have always been there for me. Through every panic attack, every moment I’ve lost mobility in my hands, or just when I need a hug… they’ve been there. So, added the “tiniest” to the pack last year and little nugget adds so much to my “joy bunch”.
