Put the correct rear end in it and get rid of the leaf springs. Go to a salvage yard and get the whole works.

mosers engineering axle will make any axle for your situation. I had them build 33 spline axles to fit a 10 bolt gm for a derby car a few years back. was not a difficult process. Give them a call

Rear is 5x4.5 if its a car rearend and truck rearend is 5x5.5

cheap way.wheel spacers.get the smallest ones you can buy and hope the rims still fit.

There’s a possibility you can have the axle flange drilled by a machine shop to the wheels pattern or order new axles with that pattern or search the salvage yard for that pattern

Buy a jig and drill new patterns for rear. Buy new hub and drums for the fronts. Little preventative at same time.
