@foxnews: WATCH: Shocking new video shows a helicopter lose control and crash onto a Utah airport taxiway. The Bell 206 bounces on impact before becoming airborne again, spinning to the right and slamming back into the ground. The tailboom and main rotor system separate during the crash, and both people on board suffer minor injuries. The NTSB says the instructor lost control while reaching across the cockpit to adjust the engine governor during the hover. Investigators found no mechanical malfunction or failure that would have prevented the helicopter from operating normally.
