@chhase3: My Teacher Is in the Wrong Universe It was a completely normal Tuesday morning. Everyone was sitting in class, waiting for the lesson to start, when I noticed something strange about my teacher. They were wearing a white outfit covered in black spots. I looked at my friend. “Does my teacher remind you of anyone?” My friend looked at the teacher and immediately whispered: “The Spot.” Before we could laugh, the classroom lights began flickering. The projector turned on by itself. The screen went completely black, and then a message appeared: MULTIVERSE ERROR: PERSON IN WRONG UNIVERSE. Everyone stopped talking. My teacher stared at the screen. “What does that mean?” Suddenly, a giant portal opened in the middle of the classroom. WHOOSH! Papers flew everywhere, chairs moved across the floor, and then someone came swinging through the portal. It was Spider-Man. He landed on the teacher’s desk and looked around. “Okay… this isn’t New York.” Then he noticed my teacher. His eyes widened. “Oh no.” My teacher looked confused. “What?” Spider-Man pointed at them. “You’re supposed to be with me!” The entire class went silent. “With you?” my teacher asked. “Yeah!” Spider-Man said. “You’re in the wrong universe!” Apparently, the multiverse had accidentally sent my teacher to our world. In Spider-Man’s universe, my teacher wasn’t supposed to be standing in a classroom teaching students. They were supposed to be fighting villains, traveling through portals, and helping Spider-Man save the city. Spider-Man looked at the black spots on my teacher’s outfit. “And honestly, the outfit should’ve been the first clue.” Everyone started laughing. My teacher crossed their arms. “So you’re telling me I’m supposed to be some kind of superhero?” Spider-Man nodded. “Exactly.” “Then why am I here?” Spider-Man pointed around the classroom. “Because the multiverse messed up.” Suddenly, another portal opened. A voice echoed through the room: “RETURN THE TEACHER TO THE SPIDER-VERSE.” My teacher looked at Spider-Man. “What happens if I don’t go?” Spider-Man sighed. “The universes could start mixing together.” Suddenly, black spots began appearing on the walls. A desk disappeared. Someone’s backpack turned invisible. Then the classroom door opened, and a random Spider-Man walked in wearing a cowboy hat. “Howdy.” Everyone stared. Cowboy Spider-Man looked around. “Wrong universe.” He walked back through the door. Spider-Man looked at my teacher. “We need you.” My teacher looked at the class. Then they looked at Spider-Man. “I can’t leave. I have students.” Spider-Man smiled. “That might be the most heroic thing you’ve said.” The portal started getting smaller. Spider-Man held out his hand. “Come on. Your universe is waiting.” My teacher thought for a moment. Then they shook their head. “No. I think I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be.” The portal suddenly disappeared. Everything went back to normal. Spider-Man stared at my teacher. “Wait… you just overruled the multiverse?” My teacher nodded. “Apparently.” Spider-Man smiled. “That’s actually pretty cool.” He shot a web at the ceiling. “See you around!” And he swung away through the window. Everyone stared in silence. Finally, one student raised their hand. “So… do we still have homework?” My teacher turned around. “Of course.” Everyone groaned. I looked out the window and saw Spider-Man swinging away. He yelled back: “I’M SORRY! I TRIED!” And that’s when we finally understood the truth: My teacher wasn’t supposed to be in our universe. They were supposed to be with Spider-Man. But apparently, even the Spider-Verse couldn’t stop them from giving us homework. 😂
