I put melted butter and lemon zest in mine . Then put butter in the skillet and then a cup of blueberries. Then pour my batter over the berries and bake. Blueberry lemon Dutch Baby! Yum!

I love a good Dutch baby! Next time cook or fry up some apples with cinnamon, sugar, butter and a splash of lemon juice and pour over the finished Dutch baby. Finish off with a sprinkling of powdered sugar.
