I don't care what anybody says, if you're gonna force someone to serve on a jury, their information needs to be protected I should not be part of public record. Laws must be changed.

Juror names should be absolutely be kept sealed. Now if fellow jurors want to talk, that's fine, but the courts should be prohibited from releasing the names.

This debacle is the best reason to never, ever be on a jury going forward. Everyone responsible for doxing him and publishing that information should probably do a decade or two behind bars.

I disagree that it sends the message of fall in line, or else. he broke the law. he refused to follow the law, what I want to know is what legal repercussions will he face for not following the law? it would be completely reasonable if he didn't see reasonable doubt, but he admitted that he saw reasonable doubt and wanted to convict her anyway

I’m shocked that courts don’t just default to keeping juror identities secret, especially in a case with this much media attention. That seems like it would be EXTREMELY intimidating to any potential holdout juror

I heard one female juror basically said she wanted to set a precedent for women, would that not be an issue? Seeing the court case on social media and wanting to see a certain verdict before it’s done no matter what?
