@melaniefixesmindsets: Here are three signs you're mistaking exhaustion for leadership: (something I see constantly working with female founders and women business owners.) 1. You're the only one who knows how anything runs. If you disappeared for a week, the business would stall, not because your team can't handle it, but because you never actually let them. 2. You say yes before you even think about it because saying no still feels like it'll cost you the business, the client, or the image you've built as a woman in leadership. 3. You're proud of how much you're carrying instead of alarmed by it. For a lot of hyper-independent women entrepreneurs, exhaustion has quietly become proof you're serious (not a sign something needs to change.) None of this means you're doing it wrong as a CEO. It means you've been rewarded for carrying it all, so nobody ever taught you how to lead a business without doing that. DM me "ICON" and I'll tell you if the CEO Glow Up is the right next step for where you're at as a founder. 👑
