buses around the highschool are terrible. always jam packed with teenagers going to and from school, when the rest of us are trying to get around. I've been late many times now because of the shortage

Express bus, not an express stop. Transit app is free, shows current bus location and times with gps tracking. Although I do agree that at some times, it's standing room only on some routes, packed like sardines. City should double up on those routes at those times.

I just spent 40min waiting for my bus downtown. 806….never came…finally got onto the 1. I could have walked home though, would have been faster

our public transit is an absolute joke. routes that make no sense, "express" busses that are just a regular half-hour service that skip stops, schedules that don't make sense for the locations they service, zero consideration for the fluctuations during peak hours

I am 39 years old and this drives me CRAZY. I do not live on this street, but we need better public transit all over the city. I moved away for ten years and it felt like the transit service did not evolve at all in that time yet it costs more.

I actually don’t know if the accordion style busses would fit our city very well, especially in the downtown sector, have you considered double decker busses instead? As I feel that brining the accordion busses will take already tight turns and make them worse, where as moving the extra seats above allows the extra seating while maintaining the same length profile that our current busses have.

How do you plan on letting accordian buses transit through tight areas of downtown? You’ll need to add a lane at least to either side. They always ride up on the sidewalks to get through
