After all this experience you won't appreciate what you have in Ghana. no one says don't criticize but don't do it out of malice. Do it positively and in love and lastly you actually need to visit Nigeria. it will help you stop the comparisons. I've been there severally times. Everyone seems to be too aggressive and in a rush. It's nothing to be proud about and say Ghanaians have no sense of urgency. You wouldn't want people being aggressive over everything around you I like Benin, Sierra Leone and Gambia people. They're even calmer than Ghana but still ambitious, driven and motivated. things should be taken slow sometimes. chill.
