Food is the hardest drug to quit bc we all need to feed our bodies. I gave up alcohol 6+ years ago, soda 7+ years ago, fast food & eating out at restaurants very minimally bc I have an auto immune condition that makes me swell. I also have PCOS/PMOS so these changes had to be made. Now when I eat crappy my body def lets me know!
