I truly just don’t understand what little silver hats for my nipples will affect. I’m imagining like a sewing thimble. what am I missing

I’ve breast-fed two kids I don’t know why your nipples would be cracked or bleeding? I remember a couple times I got a little tender and I just put some nipple ointment on them. If you’re having that many issues, I would reach out to a lactation specialist and make sure that baby has the correct latch. Sometimes minor adjustments can make a huge difference.

2 weeks PP with my third here and can CONFIRM this is a thousand percent true. Wore them from day one and nips are good as new. Wear them!!!!

Ok I will be using these but why doesn’t anyone talk about how much bacteria they collect, I am worried about the bacteria growth! Also have heard some babies don’t like the nipple after the silverette 🥲
