Yeah, I’m in an 08 Roadtrek full time. Still has good value. I prefer state and national parks and boondocking anyway.

It's the new ones that are more likely to burst into flames because they're built like shit, electrical nightmares, the refrigerators are horrible. New Rvs when you see them on fire. Usually it's a fridge, fire or electrical

I'm 60 and transitioning to full time RV right now. I bought a 2013 that's in excellent shape. It just needs a continuous hot water heater. Mine is 24' and it's perfect for me and my dogs.
