I think I have died three or four times throughout my 32 years of life. And each time, in some way, I was reborn. People often feel the heaviness that surrounds conversations about death. As a highly sensitive person, I have always been deeply attuned to the energy and emotions that fill a room, and I can feel how heavy the atmosphere becomes when we speak about death. Even as a child, the thought of death would make me cry. The first time someone I loved died—when I was old enough to truly understand what death meant—I became deeply depressed for months. I would hide underneath my blankets and cry, trying to make sense of something my young mind could not comprehend. I remember thinking there had to be a way to bring them back. There had to be something we could do. Surely, something so precious could not simply disappear. As I grew older, my understanding of death began to change. I started to see death not as an ending, but as a beginning. A transition. A renewal. Everything in nature has a cycle, and perhaps we do too. Things are born, they live, they transform, and eventually they return to something greater than themselves. I came to believe that our bodies are simply vessels for something much deeper. Our souls were not meant to disappear. Perhaps they were meant to continue—to live eternally, simply moving from one realm into another. I like to imagine that the next realm is a kind of paradise. What some call heaven. What I have learned is called Jannah. A place where suffering no longer exists. Where the heart can finally rest. Where people are at peace, reunited with what they love, and finally free from the weight they carried in this life.✨🦋🤍#fyp
